We are open longer than our competition. Our phone lines are open from 9am to 7pm, 6 days a week, however the emergency maintenance line is open 24 hours, 365 days a year. We have offices based in Leicester, Nottingham, Birmingham and expanding.

Fed up with just one picture? We provide a variety of quality pictures taken using state of the art camera equipment and much more detail about our properties prior to any viewings. We also advertise on a wide range of property portals and have eye catching boards to put outside the property to attract attention.

When would you like to view? – We understand that most tenants work, which makes viewing a property during working hours difficult. We are happy to do evening and weekend viewings at a time convenient for you.

We use the latest technology and systems such as email, online forms and electronic documents to speed up the process, which helps us keep costs low and therefore pass the savings back to you. From finding suitable tenants through to maintenance and collecting rent, we can help at every stage of letting your property.
