We operate differently from traditional lettings businesses and franchises. We plan to open a number “POD’s” across the UK. Each POD will have a number of “desks” available to “rent” – this system is very similar to the way property is rented in the USA – we already have five active POD’s.

We plan to licence the Affitto brand to you for a specific territory and charge you a “desk fee”.

What’s covered in the desk fee;

• An email address for you yourname@affittoletting.co.uk
• Blackberry™ with push-email
• Microsoft Outlook™ calendar sharing
• Laptop with wireless capability
• Nikon camera with wide angle lens

What we need you to do;

• Generate new business from landlords
• Appraise and take pictures of new properties
• Show tenants round the properties
• Manage the properties

What you get from us;

• Call Centre with local STD code
• Telephone from 8am till 8pm – 7 days a week.
• 24 hours call out service.
• Advertising on Rightmove, PropertyIndex, Globrix, ThinkProperty, RentRight and our own website
• We will call tenants for feedback after any viewings at your properties.
• Online credit checking for tenants
• All administration and documentation carried out at Head Office

In short we will take over the 100% of the administration of your POD – leaving you on the important areas – generating new business and tenant viewings.
