Terms - Landlords

Solo Package £89.00

Our Solo package is ideal for experienced landlords who just want some help advertising the property and finding the right tenant.

• Advertising and marketing of your property on our web site and Rightmove.co.uk – all you need to do is supply us digital images of your property. If you don’t have digital images we can offer you this service for a small fee.
• We will take all the enquiries regarding your property and forward all leads to you.
• Referencing and credit checks.
• We’ll prepare the Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement, send it to you. And you will oversee the signing of it with your tenants.
• We'll prepare and supply you with an easy to use, comprehensive Inventory document, which you can complete with your new tenants.
• And advise you with your tenant’s security deposit as required by the legislation changes to the Housing Act, 2004.

Medio Package

Our Medio package is the one for you if you’re an experienced landlord who able to manage their own properties and just need assistance to find good quality tenants.

• Advice on the preparation of your property for the rental market.
• Professional photography of your property.
• Advertising and marketing of your property on Rightmove.co.uk
• 100% Accompanied viewings by Affitto senior managers.
• Comprehensive referencing and credit checks on the prospective tenants.
• Preparation of Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement and management of signing.
• Transferring Council Tax into Tenant's names and obtaining meter readings and informing utility providers of the change of occupier.
• Collection of the first month’s rent and security deposit.
• Storing of tenant’s deposit for free with the Government approved custodial
• Preparation of a thorough inventory (and digital photographs) signed by tenants on move in as evidence of the state of the premises at inception of the tenancy.
