Viewings

Once you have seen a property you like email or call us to arrange a viewing. Viewings can be conducted by appointment between 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 5pm on Saturdays. And if you’re really keen Sunday viewings can also be arranged. Appointments can be booked over the telephone by calling 01530 564 830

Selecting a property

The next step is the referencing and credit check procedure it usually takes between 24 hours, and two working days depending on how quickly the referees respond. Our entire tenant referencing procedure is completed online.

Tenancy agreement

When the landlord confirms that they would like to proceed we will draw up the relevant paperwork, forming an agreement to be signed by both parties.

Inventory

An inventory of the contents and condition of the property is usually produced prior to commencement of the tenancy. This will be supplied to both landlord and tenant.

Tenant Terms

Reservation fee
£100 - non refundable fee that secures the property for seven days (accompanied by application form and reference check fee).

Reference check fee
£25 fee for a company, single person or married couple.
£50 per person thereafter.
Application is credit scored, usually within 24 hours.

Security Deposit
Paid in advance and equivalent to 6 weeks rent

Monthly Rent
One month's rent paid in advance at commencement of lease agreement
Monthly rental paid thereafter by Standing Order/Direct Debit

Other Charges
Tenant responsible for all electricity, gas, council tax, telephone and other applicable charges.
