Fees

Our aim is to offer a superior service at a competitive price. Our standard fees are 0.75% of the sale price as a Sole Agency with a £99 marketing fee, and 0.75% as a Multiple Agency with a £249 marketing fee.

High Street Shops & Newspapers

We don’t have expensive high street shops or advertise in the local press so these savings are pasted directly back to you in the form of lower commission rates.

The Internet

The Internet is where the vast majority of buyers start when looking for a property. Our properties are showcased not only on our own website but also on several other online portals such as Rightmove and Globrix. There is no getting away from it – the Internet has revolutionised the way houses are sold and purchased but you still need a local presence that’s why all of our Agents live locally and know the area your selling in.

Communication

We’re committed to providing you with feedback from viewings – both positive and negative. We will automatically get in touch with you after each viewing. We will give you regular feedback on the performance of your property.
