    We pride ourselves on our nonfussy approach to paperwork! We all hate small prints and lengthy contracts, which is why we have made things simple at Affito! Our processes have been designed in such a way that they make life easy for everyone! We use email, online forms, and PDF electronic documents to save on the cost which we are then able to pass on to you, it also helps speed up the process so we can get you in the property as soon as possible!

    Our unique search tool allows you to select the area/s you are interested in locating to, and to help us find the right match for you click here to provide as much detail about your preferences as possible and we will use this information to get the perfect property! We understand that schools, local amenities, and transport links are important, and we pride ourselves on our local knowledge if you have any questions please just ask!

  3. 3. Interested in a property already?

    If you have already found a property you are interested in getting in contact to arrange a viewing. A lot our tenants work and having the time to view a property can be difficult during working hours which is why we are happy to offer evening and weekend viewings at a time convenient for you.

  4. 4. Credit check & Reference

    Our credit check and tenant referencing procedure are completed by you online. We will need to see some identification this can be a photo driving license or passport and a recent utility bill. Fees for this service are normally £240 Inc. VAT which covers everyone on the tenancy and property as well as guarantors.

  5. 5. Tenancy agreement

    Deposit Proptection Scheme

    Once we have received confirmation from the landlord that they wish to proceed, we will draw up the relevant paperwork which will form an agreement which will be signed by both parties.

  6. 6. Your Deposit

    Deposit Protection Scheme In line with current legislation Affitto will register all suitable deposits with the DPS on behalf of our landlords and tenants within 14 days of the start of the contract. The Deposit Protection Service (DPS) is a tenancy deposit protection scheme accredited by the Government.   7. 7. The Property Ombudsman (TPO)

    Affitto are proud members of The Property Ombudsman redress scheme. The Property Ombudsman (TPO) scheme has been providing consumers and property agents with an alternative dispute resolution service for 25 years and provides consumers with a free, impartial and independent alternative dispute resolution service.
